It's a much friendlier place, without the racial tension, and very rich in culture. I feel at home here and it's closer to the Philippines (3.5 hours away). The online tutorial in Florida had a great start until the economy went south. It was probably a good omen, because it allowed me to close my personal and professional businesses there so I can easily transition to Guam. I'm going to be teaching 9th grade math and science (special ed) at a local high school in the Fall. I'm looking forward to it. Life is very simple on Guam and anyone can get by with very little.
